If you want to go forward and order your solar hot water service from your preferred supplier/installer, please carefully copy the information from your quote into the spaces below.

Please supply your credit card details so that we can do the following:-

1. Initiate the title search so that we can complete the credit application process.
2. Inform your supplier/installer to bill Sunglow for both the supply and installation of your solar hot water service as per the Quote, plus any on site extras authorised by you up to the Maximum Lease Amount of $4,000. Please note that your supplier/installer will reduce your quoted price by the market value of the RECs.
3. Send you the Sunglow Lease Authorisation Number.
4. Send you the Lease Agreement with the Lease Agreement Schedule. Final details of any authorised on site extras and the actual installation date and the payment schedule will be added to the Lease Agreement Schedule as soon we are informed by your supplier/installer that the complete system has been installed and is ready for use.
